Mission Statement

The Illinois Heart & Lung Foundation exists to provide education to both healthcare providers and community members and bring awareness to the community about cardiopulmonary and general health issues/needs.

Illinois Heart & Lung Associates is staffed with over 60 allied health professionals to assist our physicians and patients with every aspect of cardio-pulmonary care and disease prevention. With our three full time offices and seven regional clinics, you can find one of our specialists very close to home.
